Becontree Brass Band is a 2nd Section brass band based in East London. We rehearse every Monday in Barkingside, and take part in many concerts and contests.

Our conductor is Graham Chambers, who has a great reputation among brass players. Graham's professional approach has helped the band achieve a high standard of musicianship.

Becontree Brass Band was founded in 1981 by players from Barking and Dagenham Playleaders Band, Barking Concert Band and Dagenham Silver Band. Our members come from London and Essex, and we regularly perform in London and all over South East England.

We currently have a number of vacancies for brass players who want to join our friendly but dedicated band.
